Cloud Research Panel ("hum", "panel") ek social media marketing (SMM) panel hai. Is website ko use karke aur account banakar aap in terms se agree karte ho.

By creating an account or placing an order on Cloud Research Panel you agree to these terms.

1. Services kaun deliver karta hai

Followers, likes, views, subscribers jaisi services third-party providers ke through deliver hoti hain. Hum Instagram, Facebook, YouTube ya kisi platform se affiliated nahi hain.
Services are delivered through third-party providers. We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or any platform.

2. Order dene se pehle

Sahi aur public link daalo (profile ya post/reel). Galat link, private account, ya link badalne par order fail ho sakta hai, aur aisa order refund nahi hota.
Same link par ek order poora hone se pehle doosra order mat do.
Start time aur speed estimate hain, guarantee nahi.
Use a correct, public link. Orders on wrong/private links may fail and are not refunded. Start times and speeds are estimates.

3. Drop aur refill

Platform kabhi-kabhi followers/likes hata deta hai, isliye drop ho sakta hai. Hum 100% real ya no-drop ki guarantee nahi dete.
Refill sirf unhi services par milta hai jinke naam/details mein "Refill" likha hai, aur sirf refill period ke andar. Refill ke liye Support ticket ya WhatsApp par Order ID bhejo.
Drops can happen. Refill is available only on services that say "Refill", within that period, on request through support.

4. Aapka account aur safety

Hum aapke Instagram/Facebook/YouTube account ka password kabhi nahi maangte. Koi maange to wo hum nahi hain.
Apne Cloud Research Panel account ka password safe rakhna aapki zimmedari hai.
We never ask for your social media passwords. Keep your panel password safe.

5. Wallet aur payments

Wallet mein daala gaya paisa sirf is panel par orders ke liye hai. Bank mein withdraw nahi hota, sirf owner ki marzi se kisi khaas case mein.
Deposit tabhi credit hota hai jab UTR / transaction verify ho jaye. Galat ya fake UTR par account block ho sakta hai.
Wallet funds are for orders on this panel and are not withdrawable to a bank, except at the owner's discretion. Deposits are credited after verification.

6. Hamare rights

Hum kisi bhi order ko refuse ya cancel kar sakte hain (jaise galat link, misuse, ya provider problem). Cancel hone par paisa wallet mein wapas aata hai (dekho Refund Policy).
Misuse, fraud ya illegal content ke liye services use karne par account block ho sakta hai.
Prices aur services bina notice ke badal sakti hain. Order ke time jo price tha wahi lagega.
We may refuse or cancel any order, block accounts for misuse, and change prices or services at any time.

7. Zimmedari ki limit

Platform ke kisi action (jaise post hatana, account restriction) ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain. Hamari zimmedari us order ki raqam tak limited hai.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
